The machining facilities enable students to learn Computer Numerical Control (CNC) problem solving as well as manual machining techniques using state-of-the-art Haas machines. Facilities are maintained by dedicated engineering staff with extensive prototyping and custom machining experience.

As part of our Center for Rapid Product Realization, these facilities complement our rapid prototyping capabilities.

Metrology and reverse engineering capabilities can be used to verify measurements and surface characteristics of custom, commercial or competing products.
