Several prerequisites are required to be eligible for admission to the RN to BSN program. The best way to determine if you are eligible to apply is to have a transcript evaluation. Click here to download the Transcript Evaluation Request Form. Please note that results will be returned within approximately two weeks.
Once you have completed the form, please scan and email your form and transcripts to Dr. Jessica Shirley, Director of Student Services, or fax the information to 828-654-6507. Remember to include copies of each transcript from all college-level work. Evaluation requests cannot be completed until all transcripts are received. Official copies are not necessary for the evaluation request.
