Training Program

All registrants are invited to participate in our Valley of the Lilies training program.  The program will meet 4 days per week, including Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.  There are beginner and advanced tracks.  Experts in the fields of injury prevention, nutrition, and health will provide information sessions and assistance to runners and walkers. Training begins January 2015. Everyone who registers for either the half marathon or the 5k will have a copy of the program sent to their email account.  Please direct training program questions to Co-Race Director, James Scifers: 828-227-3511 or jscifers@email.wcu.edu.
