Anthony Giordano graduated Western Carolina University in the Spring of 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre. Anthony was involved every year in Theatre, performing, directing, dancing or participating in some way or another. His performance roles here at Western included; Lago in Othello, Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls, James Leeds in Children of a Lesser God, Joe in Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens, Don & Al in All In The Timing, Tree in Dogwood Search, Raul in Extremities, Antonio in The Tempest, Jess in Oklahoma, Eugene in Brighton Beach Memoirs, Rick Steadman in The Nerd, Tommy Djilas in The Music Man, Tom in Fat Pig, and Bethoveen in Dog Sees God. Anthony directed at Western That's What I Love About You Nancy Drew as well as directed and co-wrote the sequel That's What We Love About You, Hardy Boys. His community involvement is also apparent with the founding of S.M.A.R.T. (Smokey Mountain Area Regional Theatre) in Bryson City and directing their first show, High School Musical. Kudzu Players Community Theatre group selected Anthony to direct there summer 2009 show Moon Over Buffalo.
