About the College of Fine and Performing Arts

Established in July 2007, the College of Fine and Performing Arts brought together select departments and programs—art and design, music, theatre, dance, and motion picture and television production—from the College of Arts and Sciences during the university’s college restructure initiative.

To learn more about the College, read our mission and goals statement, visit the Office of the Dean, or meet our graduates and professional faculty.

Better yet, visit our college locations and take in a great arts and entertainment experience—a performance, exhibition, or open house.
