Why are you in the MBA program?
As a holder of a bachelor degree in international business, I'm always interested
in broadening my knowledge in business through an MBA program. MBA degree is a necessary
step to build and nourish my knowledge and skills in order to lead my career to the
management level. Also, the MBA program at WCU is a great chance to build a network
through my classmates who are currently working in the local area.
What aspect(s) of the program are the most valuable to you?
The program is in a small size class which gives me the benefit of close communication
with my professors as well as other classmates. Students are from different backgrounds,
skills and experience, which offer me more opportunities to learn from my peers.
My experience as an international student: As a student from a small Asian country, I'm really excited to have the opportunity to obtain practical experience from the leading economy in the world. Also, I love to share my international experiences with my classmates. Different cultures and education systems may be the largest challenges to me as a student in the U.S.
