Dr. Inhyuck “Steve” Ha, MBA Program Director
Dr. Inhyuck "Steve" Ha (Ph.D., University of Minnesota-Twin Cities) is an Associate Professor of Economics. His areas of interest are economics of discrimination, spatial econometrics, community economic development and economic impact analysis. He has extensive experience conducting statistical analysis and understanding the complexities of real-world data. Prior to his current position, Dr. Ha worked in the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at University of Minnesota, and in the Haas Center for Business Research and Economic Development at University of West Florida as Forecasting Program Director.

Kelly McIntyre, CoB Graduate Programs Manager
Kelly joined the College of Business staff in July 2010. She provides office management
and student support services to the MBA program, and promotion and recruitment activities
for all four College of Business graduate programs. Her favorite part of the job is
recruiting new students and getting to work with and help current students.
Kelly is a 2008 graduate of UNC Asheville in political science and mass communication with a concentration in communication research. She is currently a candidate for WCU’s Master of Public Affairs. Kelly’s interest is in promoting quality, affordable, higher education throughout western North Carolina. Her volunteer work includes research and writing for local planning initiatives.
