The fully accredited, online Master of Project Management (MPM) Program is designed to bring you, the project management professional, the benefits of modern technology; high quality, graduate-level instruction; faculty-student collaboration; and flexibility in schedule as you navigate your fast-paced working world.
The program strives to be the pre-eminent comprehensive educational program for project management professionals, to advance the project management profession through teaching, research and service, and to develop leaders in the project management profession.
Unique Characteristics of MPM:
- The MPM program is taught by highly qualified (PhD) and experienced international faculty (project managers in the industry)
- Generic project management and not industry specific
- Global focus of program with faculty from India, China, Australia and the USA

The program offers a fully online Master of Project Management (MPM) Degree, designed for project managers with a minimum of two years’ work experience, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management with classes both online and in Asheville. The certificate is designed for working professionals or military personnel who are looking for certification rather than a degree.
- 35 students completed the M.P.M. program from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010
- 46 students completed the M.P.M. program from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011
- 21 students completed the M.P.M. program from July 1, 2011 to June 20, 2012
- 273 students were enrolled in the M.P.M. program in the 2009-10 academic year
