Entrepreneurship Academic Programs

The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSE) will provide intensive training in how to develop and test new ideas, plan for the creation of a new enterprise, gather physical, human, and financial resources and to run a small enterprise once created. Further, the program allows students to develop discipline specific knowledge about the type of business they wish to run.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a major in entrepreneurship  places emphasis on teaching you how to think creatively so that you may work within small or large business firms or go into business for yourself. The program takes a practical hands-on approach under the direction of a faculty composed of entrepreneurs.

A minor in entrepreneurship is also offered for both business and non-business majors.

With a strong distance-learning component, the Master of Entrepreneurship program (M.E.) is accessible not only to students in Western North Carolina, but anywhere else in the state and beyond.
