As an undergraduate in elementary, middle grades, or a secondary or special subjects area, you should see two portfolios after you subscribe to Tasktream. Look in the portfolios for the specific requirements for each assignment.

Professional Education Sequence Portfolio
In this portfolio, you will submit:
- Common Assignments (assignments that all students take each semester) in EDCI 201, SPED 339, and PSY 323 - Video tutorial; Generic text tutorial
- Early Field Experience Applications - Video tutorial for EDCI 201; Video tutorial for PSY 323 and SPED 339
- Early Field Experience Evaluations
- The M5-120 personality survey and Diversity Inventory (requirement for admission to Teacher Education) - Text tutorial
Initial Licensure Portfolio
In this portfolio, you will submit work addressing the state Electronic Evidences (EE). You must complete these evidences at a rated level of "3 - proficient" to qualify for a North Carolina Teacher's License. The name of the portfolio you see should match the major you specified when you signed up for your TaskStream account. For example, if you selected Elementary Education as your major, you will see the "Elementary Education Initial Licensure Portfolio."
You will submit:
- Application for Internship/Student Teaching - Video tutorial
- EE1 - Transcript (you will submit this in your final semester) - Text directions
- EE2 - Content Knowledge (you will submit this in a class)
- Individual Growth Plan
- Diversity Scale
- EE3 - Teacher Work Sample Planning - Video tutorial
- EE5 - Teacher Work Sample Implementation and Evaluation
- EE6 - Leadership Essay
EE4 is the Certificate of Teaching Capacity and will be completed by your supervisor.
