At WCU, you'll find the support you need for your specific situation. The Office of Student Support Services provides services and resources to three groups within the student body:

  • Students who are first generation college students (parents do not have Bachelor's degrees)
  • Students who meet income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
  • Students who have documented disabilities

We provide academic support for all program participants, but we also help with more than academics. Whether you need personal counseling, help in making the transition to college life, or career advice, we're here for you.
