Contact the IT Help Desk to schedule assistance with your event, at least two weeks in advance.
Service Description
Information technology can assist in small to large events with some technology and setups.
Equipment available includes:
- projectors
- tables for setting up projectors
- screens
- speakers
- laptops
- connectivity to power and data
Requirements/Limitations
Must be at least two week lead time.
Must be within a building on campus.

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm except on university holidays
IT’s Role
Provide functioning equipment, set up as requested, take down equipment, limited availability for on-site support
