Service Description
Information Technology offers a variety of workshop options for WCU faculty, staff, and students.
Our core technology workshops include the Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Blackboard- the university's learning management system. We also offer workshops on how to use the electronic classrooms as well as the demonstration classrooms.
Invited Sessions (panel discussions, guest sessions)
Workshops for Students - A menu of pre-designed programs that are offered to residence halls and common locations alike. These programs are designed to teach students a combination of what they want to learn and what will help them best. We offer interesting and informative topics that will attract students and keep them informed on the cutting edge of computing hardware, software, online services, and all of WCU’s services.
