Service Description
We provide support for departmental or specialty applications, support details, levels, and availability determined by service level agreements (SLAs).
Examples include: CatCard, Cbord, PolicePak, AppWorx, Ticketrak, Titanium, web-based applications created at WCU (motorpool request, facilities maintenance request, etc.).
