Contact the IT Help Desk to request installation of the Schlage Electronic Door Access software.
Schlage Electronic Door Access administration must be authorized by the department (where the individual is employed) and approved by the Dean or Vice-Chancellor.
Service Description
Schlage Electronic Door Access is WCU’s enterprise door access solution, providing card reader access to areas including Residential Living, Health and Human Sciences building, Ramsey Center, Campus Recreation Center, Campus Police and some classroom and lab access.
Eligibility
Selected faculty and staff with Dean or Vice Chancellor-level approval.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
IT’s Role
Installation of Schlage Electronic Door Access software. IT does not provide training or assistance with the use of the software.
