DoIT supports a variety of services to faculty and students to further the University's academic and research missions, including classroom support, learning management, and research support.

ACCOUNTS, IDENTITY & SECURITY
These services provide the University with ways of uniquely identifying members of the University and methods for controlling access to services using passwords and group restrictions. Additionally, DoIT operates a central IT Security Office to protect the University's networks and machines from malicious computer attacks and network harassment.
NETWORK, INTERNET & PHONE SERVICES
University members can leverage these services for mobility, phone and network connections, both on-campus and off-campus.

DoIT provides services dedicated to creating, developing and supporting the WCU.edu website. Services range from creating PAWS and CLAWS accounts, intranet sites for committees and new websites to reworking existing websites, adding features to websites and providing training for WCU's content management system. Requests for web support fall into one of the categories listed below.
