Service Description
Apple software will be available for download from a centralized server on Western Carolina University’s campus.
Requirements/Limitations
WCU-owned Macintosh computers that have Open Directory configured.
Eligibility
Faculty and StaffService Availability
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of scheduled maintenance.
IT’s Role
Maintain the infrastructure, provide service availability, troubleshoot and support.
