Semester-long Scheduling: To schedule an e-classroom for use throughout the semester, you will need to attribute within Banner (contact your administrative assistant for instructions).
Ad Hoc Scheduling: To schedule an e-classroom on an ad hoc basis, please use the R25 Webviewer to reserve the room (if available).
Service Description
Information Technology maintains 12 Electronic Classrooms and 132 Demonstration Classrooms.
Software available in the E-Classrooms and Demo Classrooms
We also work with departments who want to develop a new e-classroom. We’ll consult on space utilization, equipment specs and pricing, and coordinate with Facilities Management to make the space a reality. We’ll also help with purchasing and installing the equipment.

Consultation is available by appointment, Monday-Friday, 8-5
