All Electronic Classrooms and Demonstraton Classrooms have been equipped with Extron control capabilities. If you are in one of these classrooms and you need assistance, please press the "Help Desk" button on the black control box, and an Instructional Technology specialist will assist you ASAP. If you are unable to get assistance through the intercom system, please call the IT Helpdesk at 227-7487.

How to Schedule an E-classroom?
Semester-long Scheduling: To schedule an e-classroom for use throughout the semester, you will need to attribute
within Banner (contact your administrative assistant for instructions).
Ad Hoc Scheduling: To schedule an e-classroom on an ad hoc basis, please use the R25 Webviewer to reserve the room (if available).
There are 179 on-campus classrooms that are equipped with the equivalent of the instructor’s station found in an e-classroom, including a projector and sound system. These classrooms are referred to as computer demonstration classrooms and they are suitable for times when the instructor needs to use a computer for lecture but the students do not need to be hands-on at a computer station. They also are suitable for classes in which students are required to give computer-assisted presentations to the class.

All demo rooms have been equipped with the Extron control capability. How to Schedule a Demo Classroom?
The demo classrooms are managed and scheduled by the appropriate college dean's office. Please contact your dean's office to schedule the use of a demo classroom.

Mobile Laptop Carts
Mobile Laptop carts are located in different classroom buildings and faculty may schedule them for use with a class. Not all classrooms have a wireless access point to allow the mobile laptop carts to connect to the campus network. Please contact the IT HelpDesk to verify if your classroom will support the use of one of these carts BEFORE your class.
