Service Description
Technology Management supports technology enhanced conference rooms around campus. These rooms feature a projector, screen or panel, instructor station and/or laptop hookup.
We also work with departments who want to develop a new e-conference room. We’ll consult on space utilization, equipment specs and pricing, and coordinate with Facilities Management to make the space a reality. We’ll also help with purchasing and installing the equipment.

E-Conference Rooms are available for use during building open hours.
Consultation is available by appointment, Monday-Friday, 8-5.

Maintain computers, offer training on equipment use, troubleshoot, support, consult
