Service Description
Application developers or analysts at Western Carolina University are able responsible for troubleshooting and fixing defects or issues that arise in existing features – reports, online forms, scheduled jobs, data feeds, workflows, etc. – related to supported business systems. Examples include:
• A scheduled job/process/workflow failed or did not run
• A report or online form is throwing an error
• Data on a report seems to be incorrect
Requirements/Limitations
Limited to business systems supported by the IT Division

WCU faculty and staff
Service Availability
Service requests will be worked on during regular business hours, Monday –Friday, 8AM – 5PM. Incidents may require work after hours or on weekends, depending on severity.
IT’s Role
Troubleshoot and fix the defect or issue related to one of the business systems supported by the IT Division.
