Both Mac and Windows users can access the password reset tool 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using the website https://letmein.wcu.edu. Windows users also have the option of using the locally installed software client.

All WCU Faculty and Staff with an active AD login account are eligible to enroll.
The password management reset tool is available to both Mac and Windows users with an active internet connection. Windows users can enroll and reset passwords by either using the locally installed software client or by accessing the website located at https://letmein.wcu.edu. Mac users will use this website for enrollment and resetting paswords. The website is available for all users both on and off campus. WCU password rules still apply when setting the new password.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of scheduled maintenance.
Maintain the Netwrix utility, the website https://letmein.wcu.edu, and install the software client on Windows PCs.
The IT Help Desk will assist users that have enrolled in this service; however, the IT Help Desk is unable to view the answers to the user’s secret questions. The IT Help Desk will also be able to answer general questions about enrollment and resetting passwords once enrolled. Users may also obtain help from the DoIT website.
