What action do I take?
In order to request an account of this type, you are required to sign a Confidentiality Statement. This account must be sponsored by a WCU department.

What action does my hiring department take?
The sponsoring employee and department head will be required to complete a Consultant/Guest Access Request Form, requesting computer access for this position. No computer access will be granted until the appropriate paperwork has been completed.

How long will my access remain?
Computer access for this type of account is valid for up to one year. The hiring, or sponsoring, department must complete a Consultant/Guest Access Request Form in order to renew access each year.

What action do I take?
Review specific criteria for additional account authorization. Verify that your job meets the criteria for the type of access you are requesting. If you qualify for the account, follow through with the action indicated.

What action does my hiring department take?
The department sponsor or department head, who oversees the authorization of this type account needs to review specific criteria for additional account authorization. The department must verify that the requested access is valid for the job position. If the position qualifies for the access, the department should follow through with the indicated action.

How long will my access remain?
Computer access for this type of account is valid for up to one year. The hiring, or sponsoring, department must complete a Consultant/Guest Access Request Form in order to renew access each year.

What action do I take?
Remind the department head or department sponsor who requested your account that they need to submit the appropriate form.

What action does my hiring department take?
If access for this account is no longer required, prior to the date specified on the initial account request form, the departmental sponsor or department head is responsible for submitting a Consultant/Guest Access Request Form. This task should be completed in a timely manner, so that computer access can be terminated without delay. If a termination date was not specified on the initial request form then automatic termination of access occurs after 12 months.

How long will my access remain?
Computer access for this type of account is valid for up to one year. The hiring, or sponsoring, department must complete a Consultant/Guest Access Request Form in order to renew access each year.
