Interpreters

If you need interpreting services for classes and/or any events affiliated with the campus, please contact the Disability Services Director concerning your request.  Every effort to arrange an interpreter will be made. Requests should be made as soon as possible, as "day of" requests are often very difficult to process.

Adaptive Equipment & Software

Disability Services offers access to several forms of assistive technologies and adaptive equipment that can prove beneficial in an educational setting.  Feedback on any other technology is always welcome.

Alternate Format Books

Perhaps the most utilized form is alternative format for books. If a student needs a book on alternative media, the student must submit a Alternate Format Book Request Form. Once the course is completed, all formats must be returned to Disability Services.

Priority Registration

Once a student has fully enrolled in Disability Services, he/she is eligible for priority registration. This allows the student to be in the first group that registers for the upcoming semester and creates the opportunity for a student to create a schedule suited to his/her individual needs.
