Millennial neighborhoods encourage clustering of academic and business/industry activities that share common knowledge bases, work force and other interests. Neighborhoods are anchored by core academic facilities and accommodate private-partner activities. Each neighborhood will have some housing, whether student housing or market housing for non-student populations.
