The cornerstone concept revolves around specialized clusters of activity across the entire campus. Research and business activities, introduced into the existing traditional campus, create integrated knowledge communities that we call “neighborhoods of interest.”
We envision the development of many multiple-use neighborhoods, anchored by core academic facilities, blended with related business and industry activities and incorporating special-interest housing.
