| Agency Description: | Oconaluftee Job Corps CCC offers vocational training, education, and life skills development

| Training: | Ability to work well with 10 - 20 students at a time (staff will be participating
as well). |
| Time Commitment: | Semester-based: Looking for weekly 2-hour commitment for at least 6 weeks. Short-term: Interested in one day or week service events, programs, speaking and more. |
| Skills, Experience, and Special Requirements: | Must work well with a diverse population and be able to gear program toward young
adults. Recreation: programs or events between 6:00 and 9:00pm weeknights. Counseling:

| Volunteer Involvement: | Lead programs for underprivileged young adults ages 16-24. Short-term: Creative ideas encouraged. Recreation Department: Need creative programs geared at low level of fitness to intermediate abilities. Dance, aerobic, cardio funk, African dance, drumming, yoga, stretching, anything creative and dynamic. Counseling Department: Opportunities for social work volunteers and site observation including all mental health, career, and personal counseling in a residential setting. |
