An interest in western North Carolina, Appalachia, or museum work is helpful but not necessary. |

Volunteer Involvement: |
Volunteers may assist with educational programs both in-house and in regional schools (good experience for Education majors), exhibit development (good experience for Arts and Sciences majors and/or Industrial Technology majors), and publications (Graphic Arts majors). Volunteers may also assist with research (data collection) on artifacts or on exhibit topics. |
