| Agency Description: | The mission is to serve adults with autism in WNC by providing a farm community where
affected individuals can live and work in a healthy, enriching environment. Full Spectrum
Farms also has cottage industry programs of pottery and woodworking. |

| Skills, Experience, and Special Requirements: | Full Spectrum Farms can use volunteers with experience/interest in any of the following
areas: gardening, pottery, working with people with special needs, doing data entry,
working with MS Access, event planning, marketing, and grant writing. |
| Volunteer Involvement: | Working one-on-one with pottery or gardening participants, weeding and harvesting
in the garden, painting, entering information into a database, writing grants, staffing
the Full Spectrum Farms pottery store, publicizing farm products and events, and helping
staff special fundraising events. |
