“This program is a collaboration of like mind and spirit, dedicated to the service of Native communities. This is indeed a unique opportunity for a state university, a sovereign tribal Nation, and a private university to work together with a commitment to policy change, post-colonial education and training, and applied research, all at the request and interest of native peoples. We are honored to be a part of the forward thinking of the EBCI.”
