Strategic Planning Objectives
To develop a strategic plan for endorsement by WCU Board of Trustees in June 2012
To incorporate the views and input of campus AND external stakeholders
To solicit broad-based participation in the process using multiple engagement methods (face-to-face, online, email, etc.)
To build a strong foundation for future planning
To institutionalize the plan by linking implementation with budgeting and identifying responsible parties who will champion specific priorities
To provide guidance for fundraising and other resource development activities
