It is the policy of Western Carolina University that a performance evaluation program exists for each EPA non-faculty employee. The purpose of this program is to evaluate the individual’s employee’s work performance, link employee objectives to the University’s goals, and enhance communication and professional development.
Annually by July 1, supervisors shall review the overall performance of each EPA non-faculty employee and submit the evaluation appraisal to the Office of Human Resources for reporting purposes. Attached to this policy is the EPA Non-Faculty Performance Evaluation form.
