In preparing nominations for the Paul A. Reid Distinguished Service Award for FACULTY, please follow the outline set forth below:
Completed nominations should not exceed three pages in length. Those eligible for the FACULTY award are (a) full-time, 9 or 12 month EPA personnel, excluding academic department heads and those positions included in the administrative staff category; (b) the professional librarian staff (EPA or SPA holding the Master of Library Science degree or equivalent).
The following individuals have received the award within the past five years and are therefore not eligible to be considered for the 2013 award: Phyllis Robertson (2012), Tracy Lynn Zontek (2011), C. Dale Carpenter (2010), Jamie Davis (2009), Mickey Randolph (2008), and Don Livingston (2007).
You may submit an on-line nomination below or send a completed hard copy nominations to the Office of the Chancellor, 501 HFR Administration Building, Campus Mail.
Deadline for receipt of nominations is 12:00 Noon on Thursday, March 7, 2013.
