Article 9 of Parking-Traffic Rules and Regulations
ARTICLE IX: MOPEDS, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, ROLLER SKATES, AND BICYCLES
Mopeds and bicycles are to be parked in a manner so as not to obstruct the movement of pedestrians or interfere with the operation of mechanical or safety devices. However, if a moped uses a space reserved for motorcycles or automobiles, it must be registered for a parking permit.
In case of theft and for the owner's protection, the Police Department will register the mopeds and bicycles free of charge.
The use of skateboards, roller blades, or roller skates upon the streets and sidewalks
of campus is prohibited.
