The Western Carolina University Police Department is dedicated to providing the highest quality law enforcement and crime prevention services to our campus community. However, as with any law enforcement agency, our officers cannot be everywhere at once. It is vital to the safety of our campus community that students and police officers work together to prevent, detect, and solve crimes. Our department has dedicated one of our officers to work with students in helping you learn how to take responsibility for protecting yourself and your property. Sgt.
