FREE Holiday Group X Classes at the CRC
Campus Recreation Center Upstairs Studio 2
FREE drop in class for WCU employees. You do not have to be a member of the CRC to participate in this class. Please present your Cat Card at the front desk. Go to the first floor cage area of the CRC near the gymnasium and the locker rooms for a day locker. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Don't forget your water bottle!
Wednesday, December 4th Yoga with Kellie
Yoga physically and mentally challenges you in order to help you connect to your inner power. Modifications and assistance will be provided; however, you need to be able to get down and up from the floor.
Monday, December 16th PiYo with Mandy
This class fuses strength conditioning, pilates, yoga, and balance for a total body workout.
Tuesday, December 17th Express Cycle & Abs with Haley
Rev up your cardiovascular system with cycling, followed by core strengthening exercises.
Wednesday, December 18th Power Pump with Brandon
A structured strength class utilizing a barbell and weight plates to tone and strengthen.
Thursday, December 19th Step with Shauna
This high energy aerobics class uses simple moves to get your heart rate up and body moving.

Catamount Disc Golf Course
Playing the 13-hole course is a great way to walk around our beautiful campus. You can check out discs for free at the CRC with your Cat Card.
This clinic is an essential step in learning to Whitewater Kayak. Base Camp Cullowhee offers Kayak Roll Clinics FREE to WCU students and employees on most Thursday Nights. No experience required.

Ramsey Activity Center (RAC) Concourse
Enjoy walking indoors any time of the year! 5 laps around the outside of the concourse = 1 mile.

Did you know that the RAC houses 4 racquetball courts available for employees?

Walk/Jog on Campus
Campus is the perfect scenic route for a nice walk or jog. Use the campus walking routes to choose a walking/jogging route and distance that fits you. Click for Map and More Information
WCU Trail System
This 6.8 miles of narrow single-track trail is designed for foot traffic and mountain bike use. The trail system has two trailheads. The trail is always open and free to the WCU community as well as the general public. Click for Map and More Information
