Overall Outstanding Staff of the Year Award - Mike Shuler & Len Wilkes

This nomination is not just for one person, but for a team as they work together.  Due to budget cuts this shop is now operating with only two full time employees.  Given this change Mike & Len have done an excellent job.  Productivity has increased and customer satisfaction has improved.  The backlog of work orders is being appropriately maintained.  Several depts. on campus rely on them to keep our vehicles and small engine equipment running.  Without their efforts, many folks would not be able to do their job.  They put up with all of our gripping and whining and still have good attitudes.  Mike & Len maintain a high quality of work.  They are always on call to help out with vehicles, and highly dedicated to the job.  Please help me congratulate Mike & Len for his service and performance as Facilities Management Outstanding Employees of the Year!
