Western Carolina University

Western Carolina University was a participant, along with 16 campuses in the UNC system, in a project to upgrade legacy administrative support software to Sungard Higher Education Banner ERP. Banner is a comprehensive, Oracle based computer information system that contains the necessary components of the university's administrative services. Banner operates in five areas: Finance, Student Services, Alumni and Development, Human Resources and Financial Aid.
