Each student residing in a residence hall signs the Residence Hall Agreement with the University for the entire academic year, or any part of the year remaining when the student moves into the residence hall. The agreement outlines the responsibilities of the student and the University, and is a legally binding contract. It may be cancelled by the student or the University under conditions outlined in the agreement.
