On-Campus Advantage!
Studies show
that students who become actively involved in college
life and make connections with faculty and staff members
succeed at a higher rate than students who choose not to
get involved.
Students living in residence
halls are more likely to take advantage of academic resources,
faculty mentoring, writing and math labs, library facilities,
and study groups which can help boost the academic experience
and sometimes raise a grade point average.
Living on campus, students
have time to get involved in extracurricular activities
such as intramural sports, theatre productions, clubs,
and student government organizations. For most college
students, the message is clear, the opportunities and
benefits of on-campus living far outweigh any other living
arrangements.
