General Qualifications:
- Full-time student (12 credit hours of more) carrying a cumulative GPA
of 2.0 or better at all times.
- Abide by the University's policies and
regulations.
- Display customer service when dealing with complaints and/or
problems from customers(student/parents).
- Communicate significant issues
with Residential Living Directors.
- Perform daily duties that consist of: handling
and logging-in packages of various sizes, sorting and forwarding mail, handling
complaints or problems brought to your attention, answering phone calls about
packages or mail-related issues, and assist the Mail Room Supervisor as needed.
- Work
in the Residential Living Mail Room at your specified hours on Monday through Friday (must
be willing to rearrange class schedule to fit work schedule of a maximum of 20
hours per week).
- Remain on campus throughout the last day of exams prior
to any holidays or breaks.
- Return early to campus after holidays or breaks
for training or mail room preparation.
