Regional high school and community college students attend the Teachers of Tomorrow Reaching to Teach Conference each October on the campus of WCU; regional middle school students attend the on-campus conference each February.

Professional educators and speakers lead breakout sessions presenting information on topics related to college access, scholarships and financial aid, diversity issues, teaching in a diverse world, admissions processes, WCU campus tours, and how to choose a college or university.
