Volunteer Opportunities
The Center for Service Learning promotes student volunteer service opportunities in the counties surrounding the Cullowhee campus, to extend the resources and expertise of Western Carolina University to the "community beyond the campus." Student volunteers continue a strong tradition of helping the people of western North Carolina overcome educational, economic, social, and environmental challenges while preserving the rich heritage and resources of the mountains.
