Access Information about Your Students' Visits to the CAT Center
The CAT Center strives to supply faculty with information about the students who attend tutoring sessions for their classes. To access this information, follow these instructions:
- Click here to access the TutorTrac Login page
- Log in:
- Username: 92-number
- Password: pin number
- Fill in the date fields:
- From date:_____
- To date: _____
- Choose Center:
- CAT
- Click on "Summarized" or "Show Notes," depending on your needs.
- Summarized view: provides only the total visits and hours for each student.
- Show notes view: provides the date, time, and tutor's name for each visit, as well as any notes written by the tutor to summarize the visit.
- Click on "Continue" and patiently wait for the report. Reports can be copied and pasted into Word or Excel documents.
