Administrative Assistant Setzer is a native of Jackson County, North Carolina and graduated from Sylva-Webster High School. Administrative Assistant Setzer joined the staff of Western Carolina University (WCU) in 1993 as housekeeper She then became the supervisor. Administrative Assistant Setzer transferred to the staff of the WCU Police Department in 2001 as the Administrative Assistant. In her free time, Administrative Assistant Setzer enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
