Officer

Officer Wagoner is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and graduated from West Stokes High School. Officer Wagoner also graduated from Western Carolina University (WCU) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Criminology and a minor in Social Work. While enrolled as a student at WCU, Officer Wagoner worked with the university’s emergency medical services (EMS) unit. Officer Wagoner attended Basic Law Enforcement Training at Haywood Community College and was employed as a police officer with the WCU Police Department in 2007. Officer Wagoner is assigned to the patrol division.  In his leisure time, Officer Wagoner enjoys working with EMS services, playing video games, and watching sports.
