Parking Services Officer (PSO) Hooper is a native of Jackson County, North Carolina and graduated from Sylva-Webster High School. PSO Hooper has been employed at Western Carolina University (WCU) since 1985 and has served in the positions of Housekeeper and Floor Care Supervisor. In 2006, PSO Hooper joined the WCU Police Department in his present position PSO Hooper is assigned to the parking and transportation division. In his free time, PSO Hooper enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
