Telecommunicator

Telecommunicator Pinner is a native of Asheville, North Carolina and graduated from T.C. Roberson High School. Telecommunicator Pinner is also a graduate of Western Carolina University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency Management. Telecommunicator Pinner was first employed as a student worker with the Western Carolina University Police Department. In 2000, Telecommunicator Pinner was employed full-time and is currently assigned to the communications division. During his free time, Telecommunicator Pinner enjoys reading books and watching movies.
