A full semester prior to beginning Internship I, the student must submit an application for the internship in physical education. Internship materials can be obtained at the informational meeting held at the beginning of each semester. At the beginning of each semester, this meeting is advertised heavily in Killian and Reid Gym. Gwendoline Ayuninjam, director of field experiences, provides information about the internship and application materials at this meeting. The student is required to attend the meeting and meet the deadlines set by Ms. Ayuninjam for submission of the internship application.

Students must be fully admitted into professional education prior to beginning Internship I. Students complete all required coursework prior to beginning Internship II.
