ARTICLE III: SPECIAL PARKING PERMITS
Motorists who require a temporary handicap permit may apply to the State Tag Office for such a permit. When temporary handicap permits are issued, students and employees must comply with and are subject to all other provisions of these regulations except the employee or student may park in spaces designated by the special permit. Handicapped spaces are designated for handicapped persons only. Vehicles must have a handicapped permit affixed to the vehicle to park in a handicapped space.
